Zafiro Mallorca & Spa - Can Picafort (Mallorca)

The room was spacious, but the pools were freezing cold for swimming.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was relaxing and immaculately clean, with unbeatable and excellent location away from the main centre. Well decorated and brand-new rooms had a kitchen and a safe. Large and inclusive breakfast served in the restaurant. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was very good. The swimming pool was lovely too.

The variety of the offer (own small supermarket, pools, entertainment, playground, restaurant and pool bar, SPA -> the massages were unique).

Room cleaning was only done 5 times a week.

I had a brilliant stay for 6 nights! The kids loved the splash park, and the food variety was impressive, especially at the buffet for breakfast. Just a heads up, the pools could be a bit chilly. I'd go back!

The room we booked was quiet and impressive with a sofa, jacuzzi plus a thin mattress.

Sustainability would have to be improved, e.g. by using recyclable cups (lots of plastic to go).

Our family holiday at Zafiro Mallorca & Spa was wonderful! The spacious One-Bedroom Suite had a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while the kids played nearby. The buffet offered a variety of delicious meals. The kids loved the splash pool and the evening entertainment was engaging, especially the shows for children.

The only downside was the expensive cost for additional amenities, like the travel cot.

The hotel is very well maintained. T.he facilites there are lovely - a pool for adults only with 4 poster sunbeds, a kids pool with a pirate ship & slides and a large figure-8 shaped standard pool The kids club was brilliant, the staff were really good with the children & the activities were different every day - my children really enjoyed it. I didn't go for the all-in option but most people there seemed to go for it - I tried the restaurant one night and it was really good; there was a lot of choice - e.g. sushi, steak, lasagne, stir fry, omlette, chicken, fish, big salad bar, pizza, chips & lots of dessert choices too.

I couldn't fault this hotel & will definitely go back.

The pool temperature was on the lower side, and the air conditioning in the suite was quite loud, which could be disruptive. The buffet food became repetitive after a few days, and snacks during the evening were disappointingly limited, requiring extra payment for items like popcorn. The adult-only pool needed stricter supervision as some guests ignored the rules, and when we arrived late at night, finding our room was a hassle without any assistance. Lastly, I felt a bit cramped during peak meal times as the dining area got chaotic with spilled food and unruly kids running about.

The children's program was not very good (maybe because it was still spring?). Everything else was fine.

The kids pool was fantastic, and our children loved the engaging kids entertainment and activities.

The adult pool should stay open longer. The food variety was very poor.

The situation is good. We felt very comfortable. The facility is well maintained and clean.

Despite the separate Ü18 pool area children are tolerated there. Accordingly, the peace and quiet there is over. Kitchen equipment in our apartment was inadequate.
